I trained as a lawyer at some of Australia's largest law firms and worked as Legal Counsel to a billionaire. That world taught me how to think: how to hold complexity, read people, build arguments and make decisions that survive contact with reality.
But it did not teach me how to build. So I left to learn that the hard way.
Over the past decade, I have built and operated businesses across multiple industries. Our first business, Dare Recruitment, is now in its 11th year. Building businesses taught me something I could not have learned from the outside: Most business problems are not strategic. They are operating system problems.
We have moved into a world where intelligence is abundant. Research, drafting, analysis and execution — much of what once defined knowledge work — can now be done faster, cheaper and at scale. The question is no longer simply "How good are you at thinking?" The deeper question is: "What sits above the thinking?"
I build powerfully simple AI Operating Systems for life and business: human-led, agent-powered. The starting point is not AI. It is structure. Most people and businesses do not need more tools. They need the right humans at the apex, powerfully simple agents running beneath them, and the judgment to know what should and should not be delegated.
Underneath all of it is a simple idea: Be irreducibly human. The more the system can do, the more important it becomes to know what only you should do.
